The 3-floor villa, surrounded by olive trees and a beautiful garden, offers you a great deal of privacy, allowing you to relax and unwind undisturbed, the villa has 4 bedrooms, a private swimming pool, and a fully landscaped garden offering plenty of privacy and relaxation areas. You will find comfortable sunbeds, sun shades, tables, and chairs in the pool area, all completing a perfect frame for dining with family and friends.
The total living space is 200sqms set on three levels and includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms, spacious and bright living and dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen, with high-quality electrical appliances, the villa is of a unique and modern design built and furnished to a very high quality, just minutes away from the beaches, cafes and restaurants, the villas are also a convenient 15-minute drive from the airport and the beautiful city of Chania.

-All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are comfortably furnished with luxury beds, bedside cabinets, and bedside lighting.
-Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and in all outside areas.
-The villa provides full air conditioning independently controlled in every room.
-The villa has a private entrance with remote controlled electric gate, and parking for several cars, including shaded pergola areas.
-A high chair and baby cot are available for our younger guests upon request
The mid-stay service includes everything necessary to keep the house clean and welcoming during the holiday of the guests such as:
-Change all the sheets and towels
-The cleaning of bathrooms

A 40% deposit is required upon booking to reserve the villa
The remaining 60% balance will be due 4 weeks prior to the check-in at the villa
Full payment is required if the booking is less than 4 weeks prior to check-in
*Villa rental payments are non-refundable
A security damage deposit of 1000 EUR is required and paid with the balance payment amount.
This will be held and returned within 1 week of departure from the villa.
