The spacious interior features an open plan kitchen/living area and a guest toilet, the living area overlooks the pool and views across the bay and features spacious seating areas, a television with satellite channels, and a large dining table .A master bedroom with a king-size bed, en suite shower room, has access to both shared and private balconies through large sliding terrace windows.

A staircase leads down to the main living area and swimming pool level.

The very large beautiful outdoor living space includes luxury sunbeds and designer lounge chairs available for the use of guests.A full outdoor dining area and the kitchen are situated next to the pool. It has a charcoal BBQ, sink and fridge.A large dining table has a covered pergola for shade and a heater if required.The ground floor accesses the pool, terrace areas, and outdoor dining areas, the private and heated swimming pool has a stunning infinity feature where the water cascades over the end of the pool.
