Rock Villa offers an unparalleled accommodation experience in the Kalathas area of Chania. With two levels, five en-suite bedrooms, and 300 square meters of space, the villa can accommodate up to 12 people. Its standout feature is its stunning location, providing unobstructed views of the sea and the mountain landscape, along with its beautiful outdoor spaces and open – plan design.

Upon arrival, you’ll find yourself in an open – plan area housing the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable dining area. The architectural design provides impressive views of the sea, while the large windows create a sense of connection with the outdoor space, filling the area with natural light.

On the same level are three of the five bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and king – size beds with balconies overlooking the sea.

Descending to the lower level of the villa, you’ll find the remaining two bedrooms, also with private bathrooms. These bedrooms offer views and direct access to the villa’s lovely garden.

All bedrooms are equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, smart TVs, and wardrobes, all of high quality and carefully selected for the villa. Every element chosen for the villa aims to create a high – quality experience for our guests.

Externally, the villa features a large garden, a heated pool, outdoor dining area, comfortable sofas, sun loungers, and a gas barbecue. The villa’s location ensures unobstructed views from every point in the garden. Akrotiri is an area for outdoor adventures with interesting walks literally everywhere. Great ravines in the mountains flow into the sea forming beautiful little coves. Several mountains have caves with rocks, stalagmites, and stalactites in fascinating shapes. Archaeological and historical evidence suggest that the caves were used as sacred places of worship and refuge from pirates.

While parts of the coast are cliffs, there are several beautiful beaches in sheltered bays. The most famous beaches are Marathi, Tersanas, Kalathas and Stavros. Stavros is also known for the beach scenes in the movie Zorba the Greek.
